The past two years have seen remarkable progress on site. Demolition began in 2014, and since then the two former exhibition centres have been carefully demolished with 99% of waste being reused or recycled. We now move into a new chapter as enabling works commence. This all-important work will prepare the site for the construction of new homes and London’s first new park in decades.
Earls Court is currently the most important regeneration site in London. Once it’s finished, Sir Terry Farrell’s 77-acre masterplan will transform the West London neighbourhood into four revitalised ‘villages’, complete with a new High Street. Working together with our partners (including two local authorities — Transport for London and Greater London Authority), we are building an exceptional and exciting district for London. Earls Court is a regeneration project of enormous magnitude, vision and historic importance.
